Frequency formula is CountIF(Range, “Criteria”) e.g. CountIF(A2:A201,”<=15″)

Column width auto adjust: Format->Autoformat, or select all column then double click the edge of column.

 Chart Serial Name change: Right click on the Chart and select Source Data…

IF(logical_test, value_if_true,value_if_false), if you want enter a text value, then use “”. E.g. IF(A2-A3=0,”Balanced”,A2-A3)
